Privacy Policy

How Webzieh Creations Limited collects, uses, and protects your information — including how advertising cookies work on the monetizable websites we build.

Effective Date: 31 August 2026

01 — Who We Are

Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Webzieh Creations Limited (“Webzieh,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Private Limited Company registered in England and Wales under company number 13989698, collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit our websites (including webzieh.com, webzieh.uk, webzieh.in, webzyner.com, and baiiiz.com), use our services, or visit a monetizable website that Webzieh has built, published content to, or otherwise operates on behalf of a Client.

This Policy should be read alongside our Terms and Conditions. By using our services or visiting a Webzieh-built website, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy.

Information From Monetized Websites

Where Webzieh builds, maintains, or publishes content to a monetizable website on behalf of a Client, that website’s visitors may have their data collected by advertising networks such as Google AdSense, as described in Section 04. Webzieh does not directly collect or store personal data of a Client’s website visitors beyond standard analytics and advertising cookies configured on the platform.

03 — How We Use Your Information

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, deliver, and maintain the web development and hosting services described in our Terms and Conditions
  • Communicate with you about your project, invoices, and support requests
  • Process payments and manage billing
  • Improve our websites, services, and marketing
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms and Conditions
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, security issues, or misuse of our services

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

04 — Cookies & Advertising

Cookies and Advertising (Including Google AdSense)

Because Webzieh exclusively builds monetizable websites, the majority of platforms we build, maintain, or publish content to carry advertising through Google AdSense or comparable advertising networks. This section explains how that advertising works from a data and cookies perspective.

What Cookies Are Used

Websites built or maintained by Webzieh may use the following categories of cookies and similar technologies:

  • Essential cookies — required for basic website functionality, such as page navigation and security
  • Analytics cookies — used to understand traffic patterns, page performance, and visitor behaviour (e.g. Google Analytics)
  • Advertising cookies — placed by Google AdSense and other ad networks to serve, measure, and personalise advertisements based on your browsing activity

About Google AdSense

Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies (such as the DoubleClick cookie) to serve ads on websites that run Google AdSense. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to Webzieh-built sites and/or other sites on the internet. Google’s own advertising practices are governed by Google’s Privacy & Terms, and you can review and adjust Google’s ad personalisation settings at Google Ads Settings.

You may also opt out of interest-based advertising from participating networks through the Digital Advertising Alliance at aboutads.info, or by adjusting cookie preferences in your browser.

Managing Cookies

Most browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Please note that disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of websites you visit, including Webzieh-built platforms.

05 — Third-Party Services & Sharing

Third-Party Services and Data Sharing

We share information with the following categories of third parties, only as necessary to operate our business and deliver services:

  • Hosting and infrastructure providers — to host and deliver websites
  • Advertising networks — such as Google AdSense, where a website is monetized (see Section 04)
  • Payment processors — to process fees for our services
  • Analytics providers — to help us and our Clients understand website performance and traffic
  • Professional advisors — such as legal or accounting advisors, where required
  • Legal and regulatory authorities — where required by law, court order, or to protect our rights

Where a website is monetized through Webzieh’s own advertising accounts, Webzieh may have access to aggregate performance and revenue data associated with that account, consistent with the monetization terms set out in our Terms and Conditions.

06 — Data Security & Retention

Data Security and Retention

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes firewall configuration, security scanning, and access controls on our systems and the platforms we build.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy, or as required by law, after which it is securely deleted or anonymised.

07 — Your Rights & Choices

Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights under applicable data protection law (such as UK GDPR) including the right to:

  • Request access to the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
  • Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal and contractual limits
  • Object to or restrict certain processing of your information
  • Request a copy of your information in a portable format
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent (e.g. certain cookies)

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 10. We may need to verify your identity before processing certain requests. If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) or your local data protection authority.

08 — Children’s Privacy

Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed at children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action, including deletion of that information.

09 — International Data Transfers

International Data Transfers

As we serve clients and website visitors worldwide, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in countries other than your own, including the United Kingdom and countries where our hosting and third-party providers (such as Google) operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, to protect information transferred internationally.

10 — Changes & Contact Us

Changes to This Policy and Contact Us

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
