Terms and Conditions
The agreement between you and Webzieh Creations Limited governing our monetizable website and blog development services, across all our company domains.
Effective Date: 23 November 2025
IMPORTANT: Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully. By accessing or using any services provided by Webzieh Creations Limited, regardless of the domain name used for access (e.g., webzieh.com, webzieh.uk, webzyner.com, baiiiz.com, etc.), you agree to be bound by these Terms and any policies referenced herein. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.
Introduction and Agreement
1.1 Parties and Registration
These Terms govern the agreement between you, the Client, and Webzieh Creations Limited (“Webzieh,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Private Limited Company registered in England and Wales under company number 13989698. Our registered date of incorporation is 19 March 2022.
1.2 Scope of Services
We provide managed hosting, complete website building, maintenance, and related digital services globally. Webzieh’s core business is the development of monetizable websites — content and blog platforms engineered for traffic and advertising revenue through Google AdSense and other similar advertising platforms. Webzieh does not offer simple, non-monetizable website builds (such as plain brochure or informational websites with no revenue mechanism) as a standard service. These services include, but are not limited to, general web development (via Webzieh domains), Digital Marketing features (via webzyner.com), and e-commerce/dropshipping website creation (via baiiiz.com). These Terms govern the use of all services offered by Webzieh Creations Limited through any of its official company domains. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties; no separate formal contract is required to commence services.
1.3 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any legal disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively by litigation in the courts of England and Wales.
Service Offering and Payments
2.1 Website Technology and Digital Platforms
Webzieh provides services for building and maintaining complete websites across various platforms. This includes general web platforms (like WordPress), dedicated e-commerce and dropshipping solutions (specifically Baiiiz), and digital marketing tools and features (specifically Webzyner).
2.2 Project Scope, Pricing, and Quotes
The scope of work, expected deliverables, and associated pricing for any project or service will be detailed in a formal quote or proposal (the “Service Agreement”).
2.3 Payment Policy
All fees for services rendered by Webzieh are extra chargeable and must be settled in full prior to the execution or delivery of the service on your website.
2.4 No Refund Policy
All payments made for services rendered, including setup fees, service fees, and recurring plan fees, are strictly non-refundable under any conditions or circumstances. You acknowledge and agree that Webzieh will not issue refunds for services already paid for or utilized.
2.5 Blog Publishing Services and Fees
Where the Client requests that Webzieh research, write, and/or publish blog content on the Client’s website, this is a separate chargeable service, distinct from platform development and maintenance fees. Webzieh charges between $260 and $500 (USD) per blog for this service, with the exact fee depending on factors such as length, research depth, subject complexity, and any specific requirements provided by the Client. Pricing for a specific blog or batch of blogs will be confirmed with the Client in writing (including via email, invoice, or messaging platform) before the work is carried out. Fees for blog publishing services are subject to the No Refund Policy set out in Section 2.4.
2.6 Monetization and Advertising Income
2.6.1 General Position on Monetization
Webzieh builds websites engineered to support monetization through Google AdSense and other comparable advertising networks. However, Webzieh does not and cannot guarantee any level of income, revenue, or advertising earnings from any website it builds, maintains, or publishes content to. Any income generated through advertising is purely dependent on the Client’s website traffic, audience, niche, content quality, and the policies of the advertising network(s) involved — all factors that are outside Webzieh’s control.
2.6.2 Monetization Through Webzieh’s Advertising Accounts
Where a Client’s website is monetized through Webzieh’s own advertising accounts (including, without limitation, Webzieh’s Google AdSense account or equivalent), the resulting advertising income, and its allocation or payment to the Client, is determined solely and exclusively by Webzieh, at Webzieh’s sole discretion. This includes the amount, timing, and structure of any income share arising from such monetization.
2.6.3 Monetization Through the Client’s Own Advertising Accounts
Where a Client’s website is not monetized through Webzieh’s advertising accounts, monetizing the website — including creating, maintaining, and complying with the terms of the Client’s own Google AdSense account or any other advertising network account — is the sole and individual responsibility of the Client. Webzieh bears no responsibility for the approval, suspension, disapproval, or performance of any advertising account that is not Webzieh’s own.
2.6.4 No Income Guarantee
For the avoidance of doubt, Webzieh does not promise, warrant, or guarantee any specific level of income, traffic, advertising approval, or return on investment for any website, whether monetized through Webzieh’s advertising accounts or the Client’s own. Any figures, examples, or projections discussed during consultations are illustrative only and are not a guarantee of actual results.
Client Obligations and Conduct
3.1 Information Accuracy
The Client is responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current information during all project consultations, sign-ups, and service engagements.
3.2 Third-Party Materials and Licensing
The Client is solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all necessary licenses, permissions, and rights for any third-party materials, images, fonts, or code used in their projects.
3.3 Plugin Management
If a Client wishes to add a new plugin or equivalent functionality, it must be purchased by the website owner. Installation can be performed by the Client, a third party, or by Webzieh, subject to a separate, specified service fee.
3.4 Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use our services for any purpose that is illegal, harmful, offensive, or discriminatory, including, but not limited to: spamming, copyright infringement, fraud, distribution of malware, or posting/sharing abusive content.
3.5 Content Moderation and Removal
Webzieh is not responsible for the content published on websites created for customers. However, Webzieh reserves the absolute right to immediately remove any content or block your access to our services if we determine, in our sole discretion, that the content on your website is anti-social, illegal, or in breach of any applicable law or these Terms.
Domain Management and Domain Equity Value
4.1 Domain Registration
Webzieh Creations Limited is not a domain registrar. We do not provide free domain registration. If the Client requests Webzieh to purchase a domain, the Client must pay the actual domain registration cost plus a service fee prior to the purchase.
4.2 Domain Equity Value Program and Buyback Protection (The “Program”)
The Domain Equity Value is a discretionary program offered by Webzieh Creations Limited. This program provides an optional buyback protection to the Client under the following strict conditions:
Eligibility and Term Requirement
The Program applies exclusively to domains that are linked to a website with an unbroken, continuous, and paid Webzieh service plan for a minimum of thirty-six (36) months. The domain and the corresponding website plan must not be expired at the time of the buyback request.
Valuation Mechanism (WordPress Lock)
- The Domain Equity Valuation operates through proprietary, internal locked code that cannot be altered or accessed by the Client or any third party.
- From the date of the WordPress installation on the domain, the Domain Equity Value increases by $0.50 every 24 hours automatically.
- The accumulated Domain Equity Value is dependent on the initial WordPress installation being maintained without any subsequent changes to its core structure, themes, or content post-launch. The accumulated valuation is permanently removed upon the deletion of the installed WordPress website.
Client’s Right to Sell
The domain owner retains the full, unrestricted right to sell the domain and website to any third party at the full Domain Equity Value accumulated at that time, or at any other price.
Webzieh’s Buyback Protection Guarantee (50% Value)
This is an option for the domain owner, available only after successfully completing the 36-month Minimum Term. If the Client, having completed the Minimum Term, decides not to continue the website plan and is unable to find a third-party buyer for the domain and website, Webzieh guarantees to buy the domain from the Client for 50% of the actual Domain Equity Value accumulated at the time of the buyback request. This guarantee is contingent upon the domain being non-expired, in the Client’s legal ownership, and free of any legal encumbrances, liens, or trademark disputes.
Buyback Process
The Client must submit a formal Buyback Request no later than 60 days prior to the domain’s expiration date. If Webzieh executes the buyback, Webzieh will remit the current 50% Buyback Protection Value within 30 business days of receiving the properly executed domain transfer.
Website Maintenance and Data
5.1 Website Backups
The Client is solely and entirely responsible for maintaining backups of their website data, content, and files. Webzieh does not maintain or guarantee backups of your website.
5.2 Plan Expiration and Functionality
If a Webzieh service plan expires due to non-renewal or non-payment, the associated website and services will be suspended and will no longer function.
Intellectual Property (IP)
6.1 Webzieh IP
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Webzieh Creations Limited or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without our explicit written permission.
6.2 User Content IP
The Client retains all ownership rights to the content they create and upload for their website. You grant Webzieh a limited, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, and host your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the services.
Warranties, Liability, and Indemnification
7.1 Disclaimer of Warranties
Our platform and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties, express or implied. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7.2 Limitation of Liability
Webzieh is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, or business interruption) arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any damages arising from the use of our services is limited to the total amount you have paid to Webzieh for the specific service in question over the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
7.3 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Webzieh Creations Limited harmless from any claims or damages arising from your use of our services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
General and Contact Information
8.1 Data Privacy and Security
We collect and use your data as described in our separate Privacy Policy. We take reasonable measures to protect your data from unauthorized access and breaches.
8.2 Service Disruptions and Downtime
Service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from service disruptions or downtime.
8.3 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
8.4 Company Domains
Webzieh Creations Limited operates exclusively under the following domains: webzieh.com, webzieh.uk, webzieh.in, webzyner.com, and baiiiz.com. Webzieh disclaims all responsibility for services or claims made by any other domains worldwide.
8.5 Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of any changes through appropriate means. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
